We send all our guests questionnaires on their return. This helps to ensure that if there is anything even a little wrong (like the vine growing like topsy last year!) we get to hear about it quickly and can put it right (there is a local English-speaking contact too and you will have our phone number - we want you to have a great holiday!). The questionnaires help us to know what our guests would like so we can constantly improve the facilities - for example, we've added more cutlery and china so you can really fill the dishwasher up, a better pump for the bicycle tyres, a neat little picture to remind you when the bins need to go out and a pool cover to keep the day's heat in overnight.
