All prices are in UK £ Sterling and include electricity and bed linen.

25% of the rental price is due on booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to rental commencing. Should a booking need to be cancelled the deposit is non refundable.

Please note that for late bookings it will be necessary to have cleared funds in our bank account prior to the key and directions being sent. For a cheque this will require 7 working days or alternatively our bank account details can be provided and a CHAPS or BACS payment can be made which takes up to 3 days.

A breakage deposit of £300 is due on payment of the 75%. This will be cashed but will be returned once the key is received and the holiday villa has been checked over.

Bed linen is included. Towels are not included but can be hired locally. Details provided at time of booking.

Swimming pool open May to September inclusive. Changeover day is Saturday.
