Laroque-des-Alberes is a pretty, medieval village in the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains and just 15 minutes drive to Mediterranean beaches - with a choice of broad sands or rocky
coves. This area is the sunniest in France with 320 days of sunshine per year.
From the house, stroll through the allotments, around the ramparts and into the old streets to find the small traditional shops, bars and restaurants. Or walk up into the wooded mountains enjoying the tumbling streams and views across the plain to the sea.
The villa is in a small, quiet cul-de-sac near the edge of the village. It is comfortable and spacious and very well equipped as a family home complete with washing machine, broadband, books and DVD's. There's plenty of room to lounge around your private pool - which is even heated early and late season.
Many of our guests report having their 'most relaxing holiday ever.
